The Elwood-The John H. Glenn High School Athletic Hall of Fame nomination form for next May's ceremony is now available (please see attachment).
HOF nominations will be accepted until Dec. 10, 2025.
For eligibility the candidate must have graduated from Elwood-John H. Glenn High School five years prior to being nominated.
